Diamond Reclamation of Saw Blade Segments for the Tooling Industry

Providing only the most reliable diamond recovery operations from all types of diamond bearing materials, Industrial Diamond Laboratories, Inc. was contracted by a tooling industry client to carry out diamond reclamation processes on a series of saw blade segments. Using a combination of screens and filters, we sorted all products by size based on customer requirements and dissolved all larger segments until only the remaining diamond material was left. We also sorted larger pieces of diamond material from powder.

Meeting client specifications, we were able to successfully retrieve material of all mesh sizes, ranging from 20/30 through -400, from old saw blade segments that could be used to manufacture new blades. We then packaged all materials into jars. With the ability to provide shipping service to locations in both the United States and Canada, these jars were shipped directly to our client's facility.

Our diamond reclamation services have saved our client both time and money. Able to meet 1-4 week turnarounds, we have now been contracted by this client to continue providing our valuable diamond reclamation services on an ongoing basis.
