Used for lapping, GEM cutting, and polishing within a variety of applications, including valve seats, bearing races, and optical parts, our superior custom diamond compounds possess mesh sizes ranging from 230-325 to 200,000. Our diamond compound products can also be made in a range of custom sizes, and are available in 5, 10, 18 and 25 gram containers or syringes. In our laboratories we stress accuracy in grading our powder, uniformity of size, and purity.

At Industrial Diamond Laboratories, Inc. our diamond compound spreads immediately; cools and lubricates working surfaces; maintains lubricity throughout the operation without drying or "balling up"; adheres to the work-piece without being thrown off by centrifugal force; maintains stability throughout a wide temperature range; absorbs the abraded particles without inhibiting the efficiency of the particles. Our superior compounds can produce surface finishes from 12 all the way down to .5 Micron Inches.

Offering same day lead times on all reasonably sized orders, Industrial Diamond Laboratories, Inc. has become a leading supplier of high-quality custom diamond compounds.
